Hello and thank you for your interest in Driven Strategies BDC. My mission is to guarantee that every lead is properly managed, from start to end. I have been in customer service for over twenty years, ten of which were spent in the automotive industry. My ability to communicate effectively, combined with consistency, has set me apart in the online sales field, and has led me to achieve top performance at each organization I’ve been part of. I provide strategic, effective results. 

To elaborate, I have found that to effectively turn leads into sales, it’s essential to adopt a strategic approach that emphasizes relationship-building, personalized communication, and follow-up consistency. I start by understanding the customers’ needs through active listening. I have created a structured process that helps prospects through informative touchpoints, providing the information they are seeking and addressing and overcoming objections. Implementing regular check-ins to maintain engagement, demonstrating commitment and responsiveness. Combining these elements with ongoing training and adaptation of my sales tactics, it allows me to create a reliable process that consistently converts leads into sales.
